The problems may also be with our close relationships which can prevents us from talking about our problems openly with them. Talking to a third party who is trained to listen and respond can provide support through difficult times.

|I’m concerned I will be criticised for my life choices||Counselling and psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to off-load and share your concerns. Counselling can help promote positive changes to how we deal with problems in life|
